Cat B Warehouse Fit-Out – Commercial & Industrial Electrical Installation
TAC Electrical Contractors Ltd completed the full electrical installation for a Cat B warehouse fit-out, transforming the premises to accommodate new office facilities, production areas and storage rooms.
Working to the client's specification and project programme, we delivered a comprehensive electrical installation designed to support the building's operational requirements, providing reliable power, lighting and data infrastructure throughout the warehouse and associated office spaces.
Electrical Installation Scope
The project included the installation of new electrical services throughout the warehouse, offices, production areas and storage rooms. Metal cable containment was installed above the suspended ceilings to provide organised and accessible routes for the electrical services, ensuring a neat and professional finish.
LED lighting was installed throughout the premises to provide efficient illumination across the office areas, production rooms and warehouse storage spaces. In the office areas, skirting trunking was installed to distribute power and data services conveniently around the workspace while maintaining a tidy installation.
To support the client's production requirements, we installed three-phase power outlets for machinery, providing suitable electrical connections for operational equipment. The installation also included structured Cat 6 data cabling throughout the building, together with a communications rack to support the site's IT and network infrastructure.
